  1. Datenet India Pvt Ltd (referred as ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘Datanet’ in this document) is the parent organisation of the online platform Indiastatedu.com (referred to as the "Portal").
  2. Our online courses are open to graduates from any discipline, and they are eligible to enrol.
  3. Our online courses are entirely self-taught, and there will be no offline classes conducted. Depending on the course requirements there may be online classes too. The course material will be made available in a digitized format for your convenience. Our courses are designed to be fully digitized, promoting environmental sustainability. By choosing our online platform, you contribute to a greener future.
  4. We do not provide hard copies of course material in line with our environmentally conscious approach. However, you are welcome to print the material at your convenience for personal use.
  5. Once you enrol in a course, your candidature is non-transferable. It is solely for your personal use, and sharing access with others is strictly prohibited.
  6. We value your commitment to self-learning, so we do not provide course extensions. Please plan your schedule accordingly to complete the course within the designated timeframe.
  7. The course fee is non-refundable. As our courses are self-paced and instantly accessible, we cannot accommodate requests for refunds once the enrolment is completed. We will be governed by the refund policy given below.
  8. Students are strictly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or sharing the course content without prior written consent from the course creators. Violation of these terms may result in legal action.
  9. All course materials, including text, images, videos, and any other content provided, remain the intellectual property of Datanet and are protected by copyright laws.
  10. The courses are not recognised/affiliated/accredited by/with either the ‘Bar Council of India’ or any other academic institutions in India/abroad.
  11. To participate in our self-taught courses, students must have reliable internet access to access the course materials and resources. Students are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary hardware and software to access the course content. We are not liable for any technical issues on the participant's end.
  12. We expect all students to maintain high standards of academic integrity. Plagiarism or any form of cheating will not be tolerated and may result in appropriate legal action and even termination from the course.
  13. We value your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy given below. By enrolling in our courses, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as outlined in the policy.
  14. Upon successful completion of the course, the students will receive a digital certificate. However, the certificate does not imply any formal accreditation.
  15. Upon successful enrolment and payment, students will receive instant access to the course material. The course duration will be clearly specified at the time of enrolment. Please ensure you complete the course within this timeframe.
  16. Students will have access to a dashboard that allows them to track their course progress. This feature enables you to monitor your advancement through the course modules and assessments.
  17. While there are no live classes, we provide support through email in case of any query/issue. Our team will respond to your queries within the stipulated response time, ensuring a smooth learning experience.
  18. To provide the most up-to-date information, we may periodically update the course content. As an enrolled student, you will receive notifications about such updates to keep your knowledge current.
  19. Students are expected to adhere to a respectful and professional code of conduct when engaging with other learners or instructors within our online community.
  20. In exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel a course. If this occurs, enrolled students will be notified in advance, and a refund of the course fee will be processed.
  21. Students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Any activity on your account will be attributed to you, and you should promptly report any unauthorized access to our support team.
  22. By enrolling in our courses, you grant us permission to use your feedback, reviews, or testimonials for marketing and promotional purposes, respecting your privacy preferences.
  23. Datanet reserves the right to verify all submitted documents and information provided during the admission process. By enrolling in the course, the student acknowledges that the organization will cross-verify the authenticity of the documents provided.
  24. In the event of any inconsistency, discrepancy, or misleading information found in the submitted documents, the Datenet may reject my admission application. Furthermore, appropriate actions, in accordance with the organization's policies, may be taken against the candidate, which could include termination of enrolment, confiscation of the fee paid or other suitable measures.
  25. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at our discretion. Any changes will be communicated to enrolled students via email or through the online platform.
  26. The certificate of completion will be issued to eligible candidates upon successful fulfilment of the course requirements.
As a user, you aren't allowed to:
  1. Attempt to access any other user's account. Share your password, let anyone besides yourself access your account, or do anything that might put your account at risk.
  2. Reproduce, transfer, sell, resell, or otherwise misuse any content from our Services, unless specifically authorized to do so.
  3. Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of our systems, unless specifically authorized to do so.
  4. Break or circumvent our authentication or security measures or otherwise test the vulnerability of our systems or networks, unless specifically authorized to do so.
  5. Try to reverse engineer any portion of our Services.
  6. Try to interfere with any user, host, or network, for example by sending a virus, overloading, spamming, or mail-overloading.
  7. Use our Services to distribute malware.
  8. Use our Services or any functionality of the Datanet/Indiastatedu platform for anything other than for completing online courses or for pedagogical purposes.
  9. Impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  10. Encourage or help anyone do any of the things on this list.
Evaluation/Assessment Policy
  1. All student evaluations and assessments will be conducted in a fair and objective manner. by the designated course evaluator(s) appointed by Indiastatedu.
  2. Evaluators, who are experts in their respective fields, will assess student performance. Their vast knowledge and experience will uphold the standard of evaluation. The evaluators' judgment will be considered final and binding. No disputes or challenges regarding assessment outcomes will be entertained, maintaining the integrity of the evaluation process.
  3. Evaluations will be completed within a reasonable timeframe to provide students with timely feedback. This allows students to gauge their progress and make necessary improvements.
  4. Students are expected to maintain high levels of academic integrity during assessments. Any form of cheating, plagiarism, or academic misconduct will be subject to appropriate disciplinary action.
  5. Assessments will be treated with strict confidentiality. Only authorized personnel will have access to students' assessment data. Measures will be taken to ensure the security of assessment materials.
  6. The policy emphasizes the importance of expert evaluators and their final and binding judgment, promoting an evaluation process that upholds high standards and discourages disputes.
Disclaimer / Indemnity / Limitation / Dispute Jurisdiction

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Datanet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from, but not limited to (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any party other than the applicable Datanet party, including without limitation, any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct; (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content or information. (d) damages caused by viruses, malfunctions, or harmful components accessed through the site. In no event shall Datanet’s aggregate liability for all claims related to the services exceed the total amount of fees received by Datanet.
  • Indemnity by Students:
    By enrolling in this online course, students agree to indemnify and hold Datanet, its instructors, employees, and affiliates harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including any legal fees) arising from or related to the student's use of the course materials, violation of any terms and conditions, or infringement of any rights of third parties.
  • Limitations of the Course:
    While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information in our online course, we do not warrant or guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any content. The course content is provided on an 'as is' basis, and we reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the course without prior notice. We shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use or inability to use the course materials.
  • Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction Clause:
    All disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with this online course shall be subject to resolution by arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, or any successor legislation, and shall take place in New Delhi, India. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding on both parties.
